Step 2: Put the sizes in the website page and it will calculate you the price
Step 3: Drop off in one of our stores OR ship it to us if you are in a remote area or it's inconvenient for you to come to a store
Step 4: We stretch the canvas and complete the job
Step 5: We deliver it back to you OR you can choose to pick it up from one of the stores
We will ship the order to you between 10-14 days from the day you placed the order.

Yes! We offer Priority Fulfilment for clients who need their orders completed urgently. With this service, your order is moved to the front of the production queue and handled with express turnaround. All information about priority fulfilment will be available at checkout. You can also add notes on checkout with specific details or deadlines so our team is fully informed and can prioritize your order accordingly.
Yes. If you live close to one of the stores, you can drop and pick up from the store
If you spend more than $400, shipping is free.
If below $400, shipping to metro area costs $30 and remote area is $42.50. This is a flat rate Australia wide.
Yes. We have insurance for all of our shipping and we can make a claim if needed.
Yes. You ship it to us rolled and we will complete the job and deliver it back to you. This is an easy way to frame your art without leaving your house.

For oversized frames, we do not install a hanging wire as it can compromise the safety and stability of the frame due to its size and weight. Instead, we securely install two D-rings, which are a much safer and more reliable hanging method for large artworks.
Your frame will come with clear instructions advising you not to add a wire, and to use the D-rings provided for proper support. This ensures your frame remains secure on the wall and prevents damage or accidents.
