How long does the order take ?
The process to make the order is 7-10 working days
If I need it done fast for an exhibition can I get it done express?
Yes. In the notes on check out, please write the date you need the blank canvases and we will give it priority.
Do you have support bars?
Yes. We have support bars for canvases above 1m. Below 1m, we use very thick timber so there is no need to support it.
What type of canvas is it ?
The type of the canvas is very high quality: 590GSM, 12oz double primed.
It is a beautiful canvas to use with oil and acrylic paint.
If I have a very specific canvas I like, for example, smoother can you still do it ?
Yes. Please advise us on check out what type of canvas you want and we will make it instead of our default canvas.
What happens if I get the canvases and they have been damaged on transit ?
Please take photos and send it to info@fantasticframing.com.au. We will ship new ones.

Can I pick up from one of the stores and not use delivery ?
Yes. On check out you can choose which store is the closest one to you.
When the order is ready you will get an automatic SMS and you can come and pick it up.
If I need an oversize canvas, for example 3m x 2m, can you make it ?
Yes we can. We can go really big with canvas stretching. Just put the measurements that you need in the blank canvas page and we will customize it for you.
